二、 实习公司简介

SAVI Trading Company

Savi Trading is a member of the Savi Global Investors (SGI) group.  SGI formed Savi Trading as a means to recruit and develop trading talent on an ongoing basis around the world creating a global trading organization that continuously evolves through new ideas and concepts. Part of SGI’s philosophy is to provide opportunities for people through investment and education, which was one of the drivers behind the formation of Savi Trading and also the creation of Savi Financial College.  The college has trained many people to learn the art of trading from novice to professional levels.  After taking the courses, one can expect to have accomplished the skills and mindset required to become a successful trader.  The emphasis during the courses is to combine the theoretical knowledge learnt with the practical side of trading, making the courses interactive and more beneficial to the candidate, as the theory learnt put into practice.

Through the talent groomed from our courses, Savi Trading is looking to continually add to its team of global traders to keep us at the forefront of trading.

Savi Trading have utilized their extensive experience in trader mentoring and support to develop a state of the art members area which provides traders with all the tools and resources which they need to trade successfully.

l The Interactive Trading Floor: From here traders can chat in real time with Savi’s Traders from wherever they are in the world. This is an excellent tool where traders will receive support, mentoring, sharing of market ideas and analysis.  It has been developed to be similar to platforms that large institutions will use to connect their traders

在金融机构的长期实习，通过对交易能力、分析能力、问题处理能力、操盘能力以及沟通和风险控制能力的全方位考核，出具最具实在的真实推荐信，将有助于未来的职业定位；以及促进其将来进入投资银行领域的交易员工作。

七、 往届校友项目实录

参加完平台上的伦敦外汇交易员长期实习，就把自己实际接触的工作记录下来，与后来的校友分享一下。我参加的是一个月的项目，在这一个月里，的确收获良多，详见下文：

一个月的实习期中，第一周为系统化培训，SAVI的培训体系是比较完善的，这一周学习的内容也比较多。Boss会让我们重点看在线课程,一共有十几个在线课程需要学习,涵盖了基本面分析、技术面分析、认识不同交易平台、风险控制、投资心理以及投资策略等等，认真学习这些课程需要三四天时间，boss会指导我们边学习课程边进行模拟操盘，买卖交易。当时我们接受了Level one的培训，内容和深度逐渐加深，简单给你介绍下大致内容：

You will complete the Level 1 Course at the start of the month. This course is vital in providing an excellent foundation and will teach you how to apply fundamental and technical analysis to the market whilst applying risk management and psychology. You will also be taught trading strategies to get you started immediately.

Upon completion of the course, you will be taught by our mentoring team which is made up of professional traders, how to apply the theory to the real markets. You will have unlimited access during the month to the mentoring room, where you will get mentored in real-time between the hours of 7am and 8pm (London Time). You will also have access to the Savi Trading weekly webinars.

我觉得进过这一阶段的培训后，对整个交易市场会有较好的宏观把握，也习得了不少交易策略和市场分析的技巧。其实现在学金融的学生很多，但是大部分即使海外留学归来的学生并不具备真正的金融实操技能，对金融市场也没有太深的概念，因此很多海归回国也就是去一些券商或者外资行做一些浅层次的东西，并不具备核心竞争力，因此我个人觉得能够在global的平台上了解宏观金融市场，又学习一些实操技能，对我们的意义是比较大的。

从第二周开始，导师开始引导我们看金融时报的滚动新闻，跟踪宏观经济行情与走势，此外，第二周每天晚上都需要上三个小时的培训课程，这个培训课程的含金量是非常高的，收费也很贵，当然我们都打包在项目费里面了。平均每天晚上三个小时，业务合伙人担任讲师。在培训的同时进行操盘。特别喜欢SAVI内部平台上的各种报告，包括风险分析，投资分析，每天的日报，某几个货币对的相关性分析报告等等，指导我们进行交易。当时导师指导我们注册了在线新闻概要，这个特别好，上面有很多在线新闻，包括今天一天的市场展望，每天早晚的欧元区新闻总结，北美区新闻总结等等，涉及很多交易策略和重大新闻。

这个项目好就好在，培训结束后的三周实习期，也不会是把我们扔在那里自己做mock trading,导师每天都会对我们进行实例指导,就是以金融市场实实在在发生的事情来指导我们如何判断分析形势,如何交易套利,如何在此基础上进行分析报告的撰写。当时导师也要求我们每三天都出具一份分析报告。我觉得导师的指导还是很不错的，起码我是比较喜欢分析师这块的工作，毕竟一份优秀的分析报告在国内也是非常值钱的。能够把所学的知识实战用于实践，感觉还是很不错的。

工作时间为每天9:00am-5:00pm,有时候是6;00pm.下班和周末时间自行安排，当时我会找一些在英国读书的朋友一起逛逛,也会自己去一些地方玩玩。英伦风还是很不错的，伦敦是一个值得呆的地方。

SAVI在交易实操和系统培训这块做得还是很不错的，英美都有公司。关键是置身那样的环境是一种不错的体验，大家都在干这件事情，就像你练口语的时候把自己扔进一个纯英文的环境一样，是一种在国内实习难以找到的感觉。此外公司的氛围特别好，各项设备都非常先进，有茶水间。乒乓球桌等等，公司楼下很多小吃，餐馆。

住宿公司那边在去之前都会帮我们推荐联络的，我们当时住的是附近的apartment，环境还可以。此外在行前，也会发放一些学习材料，可以提前看看，做一些知识的储备。

总而言之，我觉得那是一段很不错的经历，不论是在知识上、技能上、对金融市场的感知上，还是在一个世界老牌资本主义国家短暂停留，工作学习，周末用脚步丈量那座城市，感知它的历史厚重与桑田变化，以及在经济全球化的背景下，它的阵痛与创新，都是让人印象深刻及难以忘怀的。值得去一趟。
