原句表达逻辑语义：在EI上面的联邦移民局，EI是首先在1892年被开的，然后再1900年被重建；伴随着运行了将近6年左右在20世纪的头25年。

A. Which就近修饰歧义；原句句子不完整，无谓语。

B. 改变原句逻辑语义，原句想要表达的是：federal immigration station processed... ;open he rebuilt 做修饰成分；这里改变重心；

Station不能主动open，应该是被动open。

C. Being rebiult改变原句主次关系，原句是并列，这里是修饰；
