学校简介
阿伯丁大学于1495年在苏格兰阿伯丁创立，是著名的教育和研究中心。该校是中世纪创建的四所苏格兰古大学之一，也是全英校龄第五长的大学，学生总数近14000名。该大学的教学和研究质量举世闻名，拥有五名诺贝尔奖得主。阿伯丁大学的医学享有盛誉，设有英语系国家第一所医学院，该校教授的研究导致曾发现胰岛素和核磁共震。前任港督卫奕信勋爵于1997年起出任阿伯丁大学校监，而英国前首相温斯顿。丘吉尔亦曾担任此职。阿伯丁大学位于风景怡人的苏格兰东海岸，500年历史的古建筑群仍在使用当中，并早已成为苏格兰的风景名胜。
